Our goal is to help customers explore premium fragrances in a simple and convenient way. Perfume samples and decants allow customers to try fragrances before purchasing a full-size bottle.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Scent Network website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Scent Network may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
3. Product Information
We try our best to provide accurate product details, including product name, brand name, fragrance concentration, available sizes, notes, description, pricing, and images.
However, product images, bottle design, packaging, batch, label, box design, color, or appearance may sometimes differ slightly due to brand updates, lighting, photography, screen settings, or supplier availability.
Perfume notes and fragrance descriptions are provided for general guidance only. The actual fragrance experience may vary from person to person.
4. Perfume Samples and Decants
Scent Network offers perfume samples and decants in smaller quantities to help customers try fragrances before buying full bottles.
Perfume decants are carefully transferred from original perfume bottles into smaller travel-friendly bottles.
Decant bottles are not original brand bottles unless clearly mentioned. They are smaller bottles prepared by Scent Network for sampling and trial purposes.
The fragrance inside the decant is taken from the original perfume source, but the decant bottle, atomizer, label, or packaging is provided by Scent Network.
5. Authenticity
Scent Network aims to offer genuine and carefully sourced perfumes, samples, decants, and full bottles.
We do not promote fake, duplicate, replica, or counterfeit fragrances.
All products are sourced through trusted and reliable channels. However, packaging or batch variations may occur depending on brand supply, region, or manufacturing updates.
6. Product Availability
All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
Sometimes a product may become unavailable after an order is placed due to stock changes, supplier delay, inventory mismatch, or quality check issues.
In such cases, Scent Network may contact you to offer:
A replacement product.
A similar product.
Store credit.
Order cancellation.
Refund, if payment has already been made.
7. Pricing
All prices shown on the website are in Indian Rupees unless mentioned otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice due to market conditions, supplier pricing, stock availability, currency changes, offers, discounts, or business decisions.

8. Orders

Scent Network does not directly store complete card details, UPI PIN, CVV, net banking password, or sensitive payment credentials.
An order will be processed only after payment confirmation, unless Cash on Delivery or another payment option is available and approved.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Scent Network ships orders through courier and logistics partners.
Our usual delivery time is 7 to 14 days, depending on location, product availability, courier service, payment confirmation, and operational conditions.
Delivery may take longer during festive seasons, sale periods, courier delays, remote location delivery, weather issues, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or website order status.
11. Free Delivery
Scent Network offers free delivery on orders above ₹4,000.
For orders below ₹4,000, shipping charges may be applied at checkout.
Free delivery may not apply to certain remote locations, special delivery requests, express shipping, return shipments, or promotional exceptions unless clearly mentioned.
12. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.
Scent Network will not be responsible for failed delivery due to:
Wrong address.
Incomplete address.
Wrong phone number.
Incorrect pin code.
Customer unavailable at delivery time.
Customer refusing the parcel.
Courier unable to contact the customer.
If the parcel is returned due to incorrect details or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.
Refunds in such cases may be processed after deducting shipping charges, return courier charges, payment gateway charges, or handling fees where applicable.
13. Cancellation Policy
You may request cancellation before the order is packed or shipped.
Once the order is packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation may not be possible.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping and the cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or another approved method.
Scent Network reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failure, incorrect pricing, suspicious activity, courier restrictions, or policy violations.
14. Returns and Refunds
Perfumes, samples, and decants are personal-use products. For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, returns are accepted only in limited cases.
Return or replacement may be accepted if:
You received the wrong product.
You received a damaged product.
The product leaked during delivery.
An item is missing from the package.
The delivered product is different from what you ordered.
To raise a return, refund, or replacement request, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
You may be required to provide:
Order ID.
Clear product photos.
Clear packaging photos.
Shipping label photo.
Unboxing video from the start of opening the parcel.
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
15. Products Not Eligible for Return

Used perfume samples.
Used decants.
Products with broken seals.
Products damaged after delivery.
Products without original packaging.
Products returned without approval.
Products purchased during clearance sale or special offers, unless damaged or wrong product is delivered.
Products disliked due to personal fragrance preference.
Products where performance, projection, or longevity does not match personal expectations.
Perfume smell, longevity, and projection may vary depending on skin type, weather, storage, application method, body chemistry, and personal preference. Returns are not accepted only because a customer does not like the fragrance or expected different performance.
16. Replacement Policy
If your claim is approved, Scent Network may offer a replacement depending on product availability.
If the same product is not available, we may offer:
A similar product.
Store credit.
Refund after approval.
The final resolution will depend on the issue, proof provided, product condition, and availability.
17. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed only after approval by Scent Network.
Once approved, refunds may take 5 to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank, payment gateway, or payment method.
Shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway fees, or handling charges may not be refundable unless the issue is due to an error from our side.
18. Fragrance Performance Disclaimer
Perfume performance is subjective and can vary from person to person.
Longevity, projection, sillage, and fragrance development may depend on:
Skin type.
Weather.
Temperature.
Humidity.
Storage condition.
Number of sprays.
Application area.
Body chemistry.
For this reason, Scent Network does not guarantee that a perfume will perform exactly the same for every customer.
We recommend trying perfume samples or decants before buying a full bottle.
19. Storage Responsibility
Customers should store perfumes in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, moisture, and extreme temperature changes.
Improper storage may affect fragrance quality, color, smell, and performance.
Scent Network is not responsible for product damage or performance issues caused by incorrect storage after delivery.
20. Account Responsibility
If you create an account on Scent Network, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
Please contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Scent Network will not be responsible for loss or damage caused by sharing your account details with others.
21. Website Usage
You agree to use the Scent Network website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
Misuse the website.
Attempt to hack or damage the website.
