Each order is carefully checked, packed, and prepared for dispatch to ensure the product reaches you in good condition.

Since we deal in perfume samples, decants, and full bottle fragrances, extra care is taken while packing each item to reduce the chances of leakage, breakage, or damage during transit.

2. Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time is usually 7 to 14 days from the date of order confirmation or dispatch.

Delivery time may vary depending on:

Your delivery location.

Product availability.

Courier partner serviceability.

Payment confirmation.

Order volume.

Weather conditions.

Festive season delays.

Sale period rush.

Courier delays.

Remote or non-serviceable locations.

We use secure packaging methods to help reduce leakage, breakage, and product damage during shipping.

However, once the parcel is handed over to the courier partner, it is handled through third-party logistics networks. In rare cases, external damage may happen during transit. If your product arrives damaged or leaked, please follow our damage claim process.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared with you through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your account/order page, depending on the available system.

The unboxing video is important because it helps confirm whether the product was damaged during transit or if any item was missing from the package.

After verification, Scent Network may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as per our Refund and Returns Policy.

11. Missing Items in Package

If any item is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

Unboxing video.

Photos of all items received.

Photos of the outer and inner packaging.

Shipping label photo.

After checking the details, our team will review the issue and provide a suitable resolution if the claim is approved.

12. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary based on:

Remote or less-serviceable locations may have:

No COD availability.
