Since perfumes are personal-use products, our return and refund policy is designed to protect product quality, hygiene, and customer satisfaction.

Order Delivery Time

All orders placed on Scent Network are carefully packed and processed before shipping.

Our standard delivery time is usually 7 to 14 days, depending on your location, product availability, courier service, and operational conditions.

Delivery may take slightly longer during festive seasons, sale periods, courier delays, weather issues, or other unavoidable situations. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you through the available contact method.

Free Delivery Policy

Scent Network offers free delivery on orders above ₹4,000.

For orders below ₹4,000, shipping charges may be applied at checkout depending on the delivery location, order value, and courier availability.

Free delivery is applicable only on eligible orders and may not apply to special cases, remote locations, express shipping, or promotional exceptions unless clearly mentioned.

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of perfumes and fragrance products, returns are accepted only in limited cases.

A product may be eligible for return or replacement if:

You received a damaged product.

You received the wrong product.

The product leaked during delivery.

The product is missing from the package.

The item delivered is different from what you ordered.

To claim a return or replacement, you must contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.

Products Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following products are generally not eligible for return:

Opened perfume bottles.

Used perfume samples.

Used decants.

Products with broken seals.

Products with damaged packaging caused after delivery.

Products returned without original packaging.

Products purchased during clearance sale or special offers, unless damaged or wrong item is delivered.

Perfumes that are disliked due to personal preference.

Fragrances that smell different on your skin.

Perfumes where longevity or projection does not match personal expectations.

Perfume performance can vary from person to person depending on skin type, weather, storage, application method, and body chemistry. For this reason, returns are not accepted based only on fragrance preference, smell expectation, longevity, or projection.

Perfume Samples & Decants Return Policy

Perfume samples and decants are prepared in smaller quantities for trial and personal use. Once dispatched, these items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, leaked, or wrong.

If you receive a leaked, damaged, or incorrect sample or decant, please contact us within 24 to 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video.

Full Bottle Return Policy

Full bottle perfumes may be eligible for return only if the product is received damaged, wrong, or defective.

To be eligible for return, the full bottle must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, labels, caps, boxes, and accessories intact.

Opened or used full bottle perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and product integrity reasons.

Damaged, Leaked, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, leaked, or wrong product, please contact Scent Network as soon as possible.

To process your claim, you must share:

Order ID.

Clear photos of the package.

Photos of the damaged or leaked product.

Unboxing video from the start of opening the parcel.

Image of shipping label and invoice, if available.

Claims without proper proof may not be accepted. The unboxing video helps us verify whether the product was damaged during shipping or if the wrong item was delivered.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only after the return or claim is reviewed and approved by our team.

Once your refund is approved, the amount will be processed to your original payment method or another approved method, depending on the payment mode used at the time of purchase.

Refund processing may take 5 to 10 business days after approval, depending on your bank, payment gateway, or payment provider.

Shipping charges, cash handling charges, or other service charges may not be refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

Replacement Policy

In case of a damaged, leaked, missing, or wrong product, Scent Network may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

If the same product is not available, we may offer:

A replacement of similar value.

Store credit.

Refund after approval.

The final decision will depend on the case review and product availability.

Order Cancellation Policy

You can request order cancellation before the order is packed or shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, the order will follow our standard return and refund policy.

If a prepaid order is cancelled before shipping, the refund will be processed after cancellation approval.

Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and pin code are correct before placing the order.

Scent Network will not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect address, wrong phone number, unavailable customer, or refusal to accept the parcel.

If the parcel is returned to us due to incorrect customer details or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may be applicable.

Refunds in such cases may be processed after deducting shipping charges, return courier charges, and handling fees if applicable.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer fragrance exchange based on personal liking or smell preference.

Perfume is a personal product, and every fragrance performs differently on different people. We recommend buying samples or decants before purchasing a full bottle.

Exchange is only possible if the product delivered is wrong, damaged, leaked, or defective, and the claim is approved by our team.

Storage & Product Quality Note

Perfumes should be stored in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Improper storage can affect fragrance quality, color, and performance.

Scent Network ensures careful packaging before dispatch, but customers are also advised to store products properly after delivery.

Important Notes

All return, refund, and replacement requests are subject to verification.

Scent Network reserves the right to reject claims that are incomplete, false, late, or without proper proof.

The product must be returned in the same condition as received, wherever return is approved.

Refunds or replacements will not be processed for used, opened, tampered, or damaged products caused after delivery.

For samples and decants, minor quantity variation may occur due to the decanting process.
